9733-001: Track is a composite mix of a longer piece written for a documentary about ethnic conflicts. Consisting of a series of shorter cues at the same BPM and in the same Key, the pieces were relatively easy to edit together to this composite highlight. Because of tight deadlines some treated Apple Loops (and even a few [...]

Now here's what you can call a fresh track. Track was prepared yesterday, and was tagged and uploaded today with artwork & blog entry. Built on a very simple Moog 35 pattern the track consists almost entirely of gathered sounds from various sources. The addition of a few sampled voices gives it a lovely flavor. A treated perc [...]

The track is a genuine algorithmic composition set up as a series of events with varying distance, creating a musical development that is quasi-random and not arranged by the composer. The track is prone for further development.
A collection of random samples arranged in a quite simple but enigmatic track. Only the collected sounds in the sample pool were allowed to be used
A nonsense cue vocal resulted in the extracted title which was then built upon with a few more lines.
Derived from a wanna be hit vocal track that never took off. In these mashed-up clothes the track shows sign of promise even in this early demo. Everything was taken apart, instruments assigned to new sounds, loops sampled and beat-matched. The haunting Church-organ sound is a happy Absynth accident that is about to become a key [...]

100 completely randomly selected samples of wildly different musical character was the only sounds that I were allowed to use in this free form slightly jazzy lounge track. Always nice to inflict constraints on yourself to limit options and focus on the material at hand !
This quite psychic track features an RMX and Reaktor-based rhythm track with sinister overdubs. A simple repetitive motif keeps matters open for constant movement. My association was to normality with chaos underneath. The track is actually a wild mutation of a vocal based track started as early as 1985. (Don't worry - I won't upload [...]
The polyrhytmic patterns are the result of some serious messing around with Reaktor. The soothing chords on top brings to it an interesting feel of being very busy and quite calm at the same time. A video has been prepared for the release of this track, slated for late spring 2012.
Composed and performed in 1982 for a fashion outlet slideshow by photographer Peter Ring this live electronic performance stands well the test of time. It still sounds quite fresh, probably partly due to the lack of rhythmic elements that often timestamp musical productions. It was inspired by the horisontal ambient works by Klaus Schulze, Cluster [...]

Undergone several reaarangements. Good song but always seemed a bit too square. Several singers did have a go at it, but still... The track was the mashed up in the Moog System, and dubs were added. This spawned the way for a new vocal, which is also better than before. So optimism is now back concerning [...]
